Stained glass from the beautiful historical church of St-Mary & St-Rhadegund in Whitwell, Isle of Wight, England.
Admitedly, the content of the picture is the creation of another artist long time gone. But the combination of intensity and peacefulness coming out from this picure seemed a great testimony of my best wishes for prompt recovery to Andy.
While doing some research on the Archangel Gabriel (represented on this stained glass), I was struck by the fact that it known in the sacred books of the Christians, the Hebrews and the Islamics.
